We offer two website package prices: £19 per month when you pay annually, or £33 per month when you pay monthly.

Paying once per year (annually) means you get the best price, whereas paying monthly means you can spread the cost. It’s just a matter of which package price works best for you.

Whichever package you choose, you’ll get a complete website with a professional design, all setup done for you & unlimited updates whenever you need them.

What happens after I order?

After you order, your personal Account Manager will be in touch to discuss your website needs. This can be over the phone or via email – or a bit of both – whatever you prefer.

As soon as we have any information we need from you, we’ll get straight to work on your new website.

Will you provide images for my website?

Yes, we’re happy to provide stock images for your website. Alternatively, we can use images that you provide, or a mixture of both.

Will you write my website for me?

We’ll happily write some of your website’s wording based on information you provide.

If you want us to, we can also edit wording that you send to us to improve spelling, grammar and search engine optimisation.

Do I have to pay the full website package price now?

If you choose the annual website package, you’ll need to pay for 12 months in advance. If you choose the monthly package then you’ll only pay for one month today.

If you order and pay for your website now, we’ll be able to start work straight away. But if you prefer, you can contact us and we’ll be happy to answer any questions and discuss your website before you order.

Do you offer a money-back guarantee?

Yes, we do. Though we’re proud to say that we’ve never once had to use it! All our customers have been delighted with their websites.

Your Noweto plan includes unlimited changes to your website. In other words, we’ll keep working on your website until you’re completely happy. 

But for extra peace of mind, we offer a 60-day money-back guarantee. That means you can tell us that you want to cancel any time within the first 60 days and we’ll issue a full refund.

Do I need to pay extra for hosting?

No, your website hosting is included in your Noweto plan.

Do I need to buy my own web address?

No, a .com or .co.uk address is included in your plan and we’ll set it up for you.

Are there any hidden fees?

There are no hidden fees. The website package prices you see above are the total prices you pay. There are no hidden taxes and we don’t charge you extra for more pages or more features.

Can my website include social media links/feeds, contact forms, videos and photo galleries?

Yes, your new website includes all of these features and more! And it won’t cost you any extra. 

My website needs other special functionality - will that cost extra?

No, in the vast majority of cases, we can add special functionality to your website at no extra cost.

For example, we recently designed a taxi website with a journey pricer calculator included.

If you think your website will need special functionality, we recommend contacting us to discuss.

Does my website have to be one page only?

No – unlike some of our competitors, we don’t restrict your website to one page and we don’t charge you to add more pages.

What does 12-month minimum contract mean?

Assuming you don’t cancel your website in the first 60 days, you’ll need to keep your Noweto plan going for at least twelve months.

For annual customers, that means one payment. For monthly customers, that means twelve payments. 

Will I be able to edit my website myself?

If you want to edit your website yourself then you’re free to do so. We’ll happily give you the login details and you’re free to make any changes you like – it’s your website after all!

However, as we offer unlimited changes done for you, we find that most customers prefer to email their Account Manager with any website changes they need. We then make those changes for you, without you ever needing to log in.
